POLICY FOR ATTARS & FRAGRANCES:
Thank you for shopping with us at Amirah Official. We strive to provide you with the best quality attars and fragrances. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have implemented the following refund and exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction.
Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds will only be considered if the attar or fragrance bottle has not been consumed beyond 1ml. If the product has been used excessively, the refund request will be rejected.
- Damaged bottles are not eligible for refunds. Please inspect your package upon delivery and contact our customer support within 24 hours if there is any damage to the product.
Exchange Policy:
- In the case of an eligible return, we offer an exchange of the same quantity of the returned product with any other product from our inventory.
- The exchange will be processed once we receive the returned item in its original condition.
Refund Process:
- To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the product, providing the necessary details and reason for the refund.
- Once your refund request is approved, you will be required to return the product to us within 7 days from the date of approval.
- Please ensure that the attar or fragrance bottle is securely packaged to prevent any damage during return shipping.
- Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the refund eligibility criteria.
- If the refund is approved, we will initiate the refund process within 7 business days. Please note that a delivery charge of Rs. 350/- will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product for a refund or exchange, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the shipping receipt until your return is processed.
Exceptions:
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for attars or fragrances purchased from other retailers or third-party sellers.
- Refunds and exchanges are not available for items purchased during promotional or clearance sales, unless the product is damaged or defective.

POLICY FOR OTHER ITEMS:
At Amirah Official, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return in case your item is not working or damaged. Our first priority is that you receive your order in perfect condition and within the given timeframe mentioned in your order. In case you are not satisfied with the product delivered, you can share the information listed below with our sales team at amirahofficial@gmail.com.
NOTE: Change of mind is not applicable for return.

- Pictures of the order received along with the order number
- Whether you want to exchange or replace it with a new one
Note: Packages that are damaged after delivery will not be entitled to returns or exchange. We are fully responsible for the orders wrongly shipped or not delivered as per the order details.
